BRIDAL MAKE-UP AGREEMENT '10

Agreement ~ This contract outlines an agreement and all contractual obligations between Ashley Archer LLC (hereafter referred to as Ashley) and the Client. It supersedes all prior agreements between Ashley and the Client.
Deposit ~ Ashley Archer requires a signed contract from Client in order to reserve the agreed upon wedding date. Client shall make a non-refundable booking deposit of $100.00, payable to Ashley Archer with the return of signed contract. The booking deposit will be deducted from the total cost of services.
Initial Consultation ~ Prior to the wedding, Ashley will perform the “Initial Consultation”, to determine make-up colors and application method, per the requirements of the Client. At this time the Client shall pay the remainder of the balance due for all make-up services to be rendered on the agreed upon wedding date. This amount is non-refundable in the event of any change or cancellation to the agreed upon wedding date with less than a two week notice. Any and all make-up can also be purchsed at this time.
Consultation Location ~ 9 Fairchild Dr. Durham, NH.03824~ By Appointment Only.
Pricing ~ Bride ~ $ 145. Price includes the Initial Consultation with make-up application, Wedding day make-up application and a complementary "Purse size Lip Gloss" for touch ups on the big day!
Bridal Party members ~ $60 ea. Does not include consultation. Bridal party members may have a make-up consultation for an additional charge of$45. This will need to be stated prior to the Initial Consultation.
Failure to Perform ~ If Ashley cannot perform the agreed upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or any other cause beyond her control, any and all payments shall be returned to the client with the understanding that there will be no further liability with respect to the agreement. The client shall not hold Ashley Archer LLC responsible for any allergic reactions developed as a result of the make-up application. Only the highest quality, all natural, mineral make-up is used.
Advertising ~ The Cient understands that Ashley may use photographs of Cient for advertising or display. If the Client has any issues concerning this matter, they should promptly notify Ashley.
A gift for you ~ I’ll send you off with a complimentary "Purse size Lip Gloss" for those touch ups on the go!
